Thank you for your submission of a rule change General Rule 115, Sec. F: (The elimination of the phrase “single mule” from the class descriptions.). After giving it serious consideration, The Rules Committee has elected to reject the it based on the following reasons. Committee Comment: The rule book provides for classes for two up in light harness classes not to be included with single animal turnout.
After giving it serious consideration, The Rules Committee has elected to accept your recommendation for General Rule 154, Sec. D, #5: REVERSE.; and General Rule 155, Sec. A: ;
After giving it serious consideration, The Rules Committee has elected to accept your recommendation for General Rule 161, Sec. B, #1: In Harness: with the following changes COMMITTEE COMMENT: The change of park trot and strong trot to proper names for driving rules are slow trot, working trot, and strong trot. This makes us consistent with American Driving Society which is the universal word on driving for most breeds and organizations. Please let us know if you agree to this change in your submission.
